Azad Ozan Korkan received a BS degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Anadolu University in Eskisehir, Turkey, 2018 and received M.S. degree in Nanotechnology Programme in the Department of Advanced Technologies in Eskisehir Technical University, 2020. The title of M.S. Dissertation is Time of Flight Based LiDAR. The focussed part in the thesis is high resolution FPGA time to digital converters and fast photodiode receiver circuits for LiDAR. He also conducted researches about growth and characterization of group III-V photodiodes with Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) in class 100,1000 clean rooms and InGaAs Camera’s focal plane arrays and their readout circuits and pirometer design for industry usage in the Nanoboyut Research Laboratory (http://www.nanoboyut.com/) during his M.S. education. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey.
