Ahmet Deniz was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1988. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey in 2015 and 2018 respectively. During his master thesis work, he has conducted research related to MEMS sensors. From 2018 to 2020, he was an electronics hardware design engineer at Roketsan Military Defense Industry in Turkey. His research interests include hardware design of optoelectronic devices, magnetic field detection sensors, and embedded systems for automation applications. He is currently a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Dr. Heba Yuksel at the “Photonics and Optical Wireless Communication Laboratory” (POWCOL) in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey.
