Research work at POWCOL: Segmentation and visualization of anatomical structures for quantitative analysis using a 3D Slicer
Sinem Anıl was born in İstanbul, Turkey. She is currently an undergraduate physics student at Boğaziçi University. She previously worked under Prof. Parviz Elahi at the Fiber & Optics Laboratory, researching fiber-coupled optical systems. Currently, she is a part-time researcher at TÜBİTAK’s Quantum Technologies Department, focusing on Nitrogen-Vacancy (NV) centers and SPDC systems for quantum key distribution. She also works as an undergraduate researcher at the Photonics and Optical Wireless Communications Laboratory (POWCOL), Boğaziçi University doing segmentation and visualization of anatomical structures for quantitative analysis using 3D Slicer under the supervision of Dr. Heba Yüksel.
